Smart's $99 Loan Deal
Smart USA has set up a $99 monthly payment for buyers who use their $4,500 rebate. But, there's a catch, after your 36 months are up, there's a very large hefty payment at the end. A large payment of $6,667 is due. I really don't think that's very economical and reasonable, but Dave Schembri the president of Smart USA stands by the payment program.
